The course will assist you with; Three plate carrying | How to handle glassware & tray service | Serve drinks & wine | Grooming and uniform standards | How to set a table & napkin folding | How to present your CV | Interview guidence | Where to find a job in Hospitality. This course supports employment in front of house roles within restaurants, cafes, events, catering, licensed bar, pubs, nightclubs, hotels and hospitality retail outlets. Other short courses; RSA & RFS are also recommended. Obtaining these requirements assist in gaining employment within the Hospitality industry.
